Carlos Gonzalez

Carlos serves as Small Business Services Manager for Stanislaus Equity Partners and has managed a multi-year community outreach contract with the Stanislaus County Workforce Development. Carlos grew up in the Bay Area of California and moved to the Central Valley at age 14. He received his Bachelor of Science from Southeastern University in 2018 and his Master of Science in Ministerial Leadership in 2021 and has worked in the non-profit sector for close to twenty years. Carlos is passionate about mentorship, spiritual well-being, and familial health and for over 10 years was lead pastor of a non-denominational church in Manteca and five years as an associate pastor in Modesto. Carlos is an adjunct professor at Southeastern University, a Leadership Coach and Consultant, and serves on five community organization boards. He is bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English, and lives with his wife and two daughters in Modesto.
