Senior Housing Coordinator

Joel Mendoza

Joel Mendoza is the new Senior Housing Coordinator for Stanislaus Equity Partners. He has three years of experience as Housing Developer with his last employer, the Office of Rural and Farmworker Housing based out of Yakima Washington who serves all rural Washington State with Non-Profit Multi-family Affordable Housing Development.

During his experience with the Office of Rural and Farmworker Housing, he also led the development of a Community Center and Emergency Disaster Response Facility located in Okanogan Washington.

Joel also has over twenty years of experience as a Self-Employed Property Manager as well as Real Estate Construction and Rehabilitation Project Management.

Prior to his experience as a Housing Developer and Self-Employed Property Manager, Joel graduated from the University of Washington State with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. He then went on to serve as a Program Manager for the Washington State Employment Security Department, followed by serving as a Program Manager for the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services
