Luke Grover

Luke Grover is Stanislaus Equity Partners’ Housing Development and Facilities Manager. 

Mr. Grover graduated from the University of the Pacific with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  After short stints in marketing and business consulting, Luke worked in construction management for over 15 years, obtaining his CA General Building Contractor’s License in 2007.  Luke was the Vice President and Construction Project Manager for Grover Custom Builders, Inc. in Modesto for 14 years, where he provided high level project management for all phases for residential remodel, residential new construction, and commercial construction projects. He has handled turn-key projects, managing pre-construction, including scope of work development, bid collection, local government permitting and pre-construction meetings and requirements. As someone who has a passion for serving underserved people, both locally and internationally, Luke served as a Partnership Development Leader in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, Nairobi, Kenya and the United States for ReachGlobal from 2015-2020, where he developed and engaged in strategic partnership relationships and catalyzed resources to mutually benefit the mission, the organization and African national partners. He also provided coaching, business development advice, financial resources, and strategic planning counseling. He lives in Modesto, CA with his wife and three children.
